**1. What is La Flama de Cuba?**

La Flama de Cuba is a company dedicated to preserving and promoting the Cuban tradition of lighting cigars with Spanish cedar sticks. Our products include cedar sticks, humidors, ashtrays, cigar cases, lighters, and cigar cutters, all crafted to enhance your cigar-smoking experience.

**2. What is the history behind your products?**

Our company traces its roots back to the rich history of cigar smoking in Cuba. The Taíno inhabitants of Cuba were among the first to smoke rolled tobacco leaves, a practice observed by the Spanish upon their arrival. This tradition evolved over centuries, and our company was founded to keep this beautiful heritage alive by producing high-quality Spanish cedar sticks and other tobacco-related items.

**3. What is your refund and returns policy?**

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**4. How do I initiate a return?**

To initiate a return, please contact us at laflamadecuba@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

**5. How long does it take to receive my refund?**

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

**6. Are sale items eligible for refunds?**

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

**7. Can I exchange an item?**

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at laflamadecuba@gmail.com and send your item to the return address we will provide.

**8. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?**

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at laflamadecuba@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and get a replacement.

**9. What if the item was a gift?**

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

**10. Do you ship internationally?**
